Eggplant Caponata



If you haven’t tried our Eggplant Caponata, you are missing out. Slow cooked eggplant in tomato, with a hint of maple syrup, currants, caramelised onion and celery, and a dash of vinegar.

This condiment is our favourite – goes perfectly on a pizza base, mixed with pasta, on a hot crusty piece of bread or can be used as an accompaniment with lamb!

This is highly recommended.
